  1. One of the best books around for readers of any age or sex. A classic adventure story that introduces great characters in Daniel, Mary and Gwendolyn. If you like adventure fiction stories, science fiction, horror, then Frenzy has it all. It is wonderfully written in such a unique style of writing that leaves you wanting to turn every page in expectation. I can’t rate this book high enough and I also can’t wait for the next book by this author

  2. I would recommend it to anyone that likes to read fantasy fiction or adventure fiction or science fiction or horror or who just like to read a book for fun without it having to be too intense. It is a mixture of all these type of books which make it such a great book.

  3. Brilliant book… Was told about this book from a friend! Although it is written for young adults, of which I am not…I found when I started it, I couldn’t put it down! Daniel and Gwendoline have you glued to the story line, wondering what will happen next!

  4. The author has a very good writing style that is vivid in the use of words and gives you a very clear picture of the story. I found it an enjoyable read but only wished it went on a bit longer because it was so good. I just hope there is a sequel and can’t wait for it to come out.

  5. If you want fast paced adventure then frenzy by mark king is the book for you. Great characters within a great story. Give it a go.

  6. I’m a big fan of horror and also scifi and if you put the too together then i’m over the moon and this is the best way to describe frenzy. girls aren’t supposed to like these things but I do and I liked this book so I hope it does well.

  7. Frenzy is well worth a vote. I read it after someone bought it for my son’s birthday and we both enjoyed reading it. The story has just the correct amount of suspense to make you want to keep turning the next page. The start builds up the whole scene with excellent use of words, and although it doesn’t have the snobbery required by author’s to win something like the Costa Prize it defiantly deserves to win the Peoples prize. One more thing is that Frenzy would make a great family movie. I would love to see it on the big screen.

  8. When the word was passed around about the Frenzy being in a book awards I was glad to give it 5 stars. Reading the comments they all seem spot on and I also think it would make a great movie. Bring it on.

  9. There are three main characters in Frenzy that gell so well as a small group who go on a quest to find the golden shield. I love any adventure book or film. If you like the Hobbit films you will like Frenzy, but I must say it’s a lot easier to read than the Hobbit books. You don’t need a P.h.d to read it because it’s written in such a clear way you can follow the story without ever getting lost in the plot/characters etc. If there is any book that deserves to win an award made by the people then Frenzy is it.

  10. Frenzy is a book on a par with the Hunger Games, War of the Worlds, Logan’s Run and any Vampire story that are all the rage at the moment. It has elements of them all put in a unique style of writing that is both refreshing to read while at the same time you will find it hard to put down. Worth giving it a go and tell your friends too.

  11. Young adult books aren’t normally my thing but when I had to take a long journey I borrowed it for the trip. I’m glad I did because I know this might just be a tired pun to use, but Frenzy is a real page turner. It kept me engrossed in the story as it unfolds and to tell you the truth with all the blood and guts it could easily be classed as an adult book.
